Capabilities / What we build

Two operational capabilities, one sovereign edge.

Edge autonomy and threat intelligence — two operational systems engineered to run on-node, comms-denied and air-gapped, carried by a platform built for exactly those conditions.

01 / Overview

Where the system ends and the platform begins.

The distinction matters in procurement, so we state it plainly. Edge autonomy and threat intelligence are the operational systems we build and deploy. Everything beneath them — inference, fusion, decision logic, interoperability — is platform capability: fully engineered and shared across both, but not sold separately.

Capability 01 / Defence · C4ISR

Edge autonomy

Ruggedized mission middleware that runs AI decision support at the tactical edge — bridging Link-16, MIL-STD-1553 and CoT/ATAK to on-node inference, driven by signed, deterministic mission rules. Air-gapped, GPS-degraded, EW-contested. No cloud.

  • Doctrine and rules of engagement codified as signed, versioned decision logic.
  • Language models and retrieval running entirely on your own hardware.
  • Every recommendation deterministic, explainable and logged to an immutable audit trail.
  • Graceful degradation when links, power or bandwidth are lost.

Capability 01Decide at the edge

  • Domain C4ISR
  • Decision Signed rules
  • Inference On-node
  • Links Link-16 · 1553 · CoT
  • Connectivity Not assumed
Intelligence operations centre with a global common operating picture and live multi-source feeds.
Multi-source ingestion Corroborated · geolocated

Capability 02Warning before the edge

  • Sources OSINT · multi-INT
  • Extraction Multilingual
  • Corroboration Cross-source
  • Alerting Geofenced
  • Credentials None third-party

Capability 02 / Threat intel · OSINT

Threat intelligence

Early warning from the sources that break first — local Telegram, regional media, radio, humanitarian and geospatial feeds. AI extracts geolocated events, corroborates them across sources, and pushes geofenced alerts to the teams who need them.

  • Continuous ingestion across open, dark and technical sources.
  • Events corroborated, geolocated and de-duplicated into ranked warnings.
  • Boots and runs with zero third-party credentials, on infrastructure you control.
  • Connectivity is scoped to collection — never assumed for operation.

02 / Platform capabilities

The platform beneath both systems.

These are engineered capabilities of the platform itself rather than separate offerings. They are set out in full because procurement and engineering teams need to know precisely what a deployment includes.

The platform

Cap 01Decide

Mission rules & playbooks

Codify doctrine and rules of engagement as signed, versioned decision logic. Every recommendation is deterministic, explainable and logged to an immutable audit trail.

Cap 02Reason

Sovereign on-node inference

Language models and retrieval running entirely on your own hardware — no cloud, no egress. Operators query doctrine, mission data and live feeds in natural language, fully air-gapped.

Cap 03See

Sensor fusion & common operating picture

Fuse radar, ADS-B, AIS, RF and reporting into a single deduplicated track picture, with threat evaluation and engagement support for a shared, real-time view of the battlespace.

Cap 04Know

Multi-source ingestion

Continuous ingestion across open, dark and technical sources — corroborated, geolocated and de-duplicated into ranked warnings with geofenced, real-time alerting.

Cap 05Connect

Secure interoperability

Native tactical-data-link and bus interop — Link-16, MIL-STD-1553, CoT/ATAK and STANAG — bridged across classification boundaries by a one-way cross-domain guard.

Cap 06Survive

Resilient edge mesh

Peer-to-peer meshing keeps nodes in sync across degraded and intermittent links. Each node operates fully autonomously when comms drop, then reconciles state on reconnect.

03 / Field-hardened

Built to hold up in the field.

Systems ship signed and reproducible, run on rugged edge hardware and maintain a full audit trail throughout — degrading gracefully as links, power or bandwidth are lost, rather than failing closed.

  • Hardware Rugged edge compute
  • Failure mode Graceful degradation
